Celeste is a cattle dog, a breed called “blue heeler.” We found her as a stray in Chachagua, near La Fortuna, in 2023. She was just a pup, not capable of fending for herself like many adult street dogs, especially on the busy highway where she’d been abandoned.
Cattle dogs are high energy breeds who need plenty of space to run. We can give her that here at Manor Miravalles Animal Sanctuary. She has friends from many different species to keep her entertained.
